To enhance the control technology of coal gangue dry separation method which is replaced by machine in washing plant and to explore effects traditional PID dynamic domain fuzzy self-tuning PID, will aid determining ideal position orientation for grasping an object as well understanding physical logistic data patterns, optimal design controller sorting robot based on deep learning initiated. The mathematical model ball screw system driven a single joint motor introduced, classical variable are studied imitated, respectively. simulation outcome appears that selection time 0.001 s 8 s. tracking error minor than at starting point, convergence rate quick manage, steady-state accuracy higher, performance better. advantages verified, can modify framework online per different mistake change rate, input output makes inference rules locally finer, speed adjustment faster further improved, so it has finer presentation management.
